VIA designs and manages custom experiential education programs in Silicon Valley which range from 1 to 10 days. Our programs allow participants to leverage VIA’s 50 years of experience managing experiential education programs for students and professionals. Our staff are seasoned professionals, with years of experience living and working internationally. In recent years, we’ve designed and run workshops and programs for EcoRing, Fukuoka Futaba High School, Fujitsu, Nissoken, Recruit, Taktopia, Tokyo Toyama High School, and Works Applications.
Our offerings include:
- Workshops and activities on cross-cultural understanding, team building, and social innovator mindset including sessions on design-thinking, empathy building, risk-taking
- Educational tours of the Stanford campus including the d.school
- Educational tours of Silicon Valley including Computer History Museum, Intel Museum, HP Garage
- Educational tours of creative companies, social enterprises, non-profits, and charitable organizations in San Francisco, including the Delancey Street Foundation, Glide Memorial, BAYCAT, Digital Garage, Autodesk Gallery
