VIA has collaborated with Rancho San Juan High School faculty to recruit students to join the Nichibei Girls Collaborative (NGC). Launched in 2024, NGC is a 7-month cultural exchange and social impact leadership development program for female-identifying (cis- and transgender) high school students from the US and Japan.
