VIAが主催するCommunity Hospital Project (CHP) は、東京都蒲田にある本多病院と協力して実施する実践型プログラムです。 本プログラムでは、約3ヶ月にわたりデザイン思考のアプローチを活用し、地域住民への共感インタビューを通してニーズを探りながら、「コミュニティホスピタル（地域包括ケアの拠点となる病院）」としての本多病院の新しい役割を共に考えます。 2026年1月〜2月：3回のオンラインセッションを通じて、コミュニティホスピタルの理念やデザイン思考の基礎を学ぶ 2026年3月12日〜15日：現地・蒲田でフィールドワークを行い、地域の声を直接聞き取り、本多病院が担うことのできる新たな役割や対応すべきニーズを提案・発表 本プログラムは、以下の関心を持つ方に特におすすめです： デザイン思考を学び、実践してみたい方 地域づくりや社会イノベーションに関心のある方 コミュニティホスピタルや地域包括ケアシステムを理解したい方 中小病院の経営や地域における役割に関心のある方 総合診療について学びたい方 オンライン説明会 10月25日（土）09:00〜（JSTでの時間）Zoomの登録 参加費用 $350 USD（参加にあたってカバーされるもの、されないものについては下記をご参照ください。）
