This spring has been a reflective time for the VIA community following the passing of VIA founder Dwight Clark. As highlighted in our latest Vialogue newsletter, Dwight believed deeply in the transformative power of cross-cultural understanding, experiential learning, and human connection. More than sixty years later, those values continue to guide VIA’s work.
Today, Dwight’s legacy lives on through programs that bring together students, nonprofit leaders, and emerging social impact leaders across cultures and communities. From our expanding Global Community Fellowship in Thailand and Indonesia to our social innovation and healthcare programs for students from across Asia, VIA continues to create opportunities for people to engage with the world thoughtfully, compassionately, and collaboratively.
