You will get a taste of what it’s like to join a VIA program, whether Exploring Social Innovation (ESI), Exploring Health Care (EHC) or the Social Impact Leadership Accelerator, and those who attend this workshop series will be given priority consideration when applying to any VIA program.

An important step in making an impact in your community is understanding your own values, needs, and motivations as a changemaker. Join this 90-minute interactive workshop aimed at helping you explore ways to increase your self-compassion and self-awareness so that you are better equipped to serve others.
This workshop series is free and open to students and professionals 18 and older from all nationalities, but attendance will be capped to encourage interaction between participants, so register early! You are welcome to attend one or more sessions, but separate registration for each workshop is required.
